When I purchased my car, I was told they would have a
When I purchased my car, I was told they would have a full tank of gas. I would have a cargo mat for the back because they knew I had dogs and my first service would be free when I picked up my car. It was empty. I had to ask the salesman to go fill it up. There was no cargo mat and when I brought it in for the first oil change, I was charged $105.

I bought the car online, so I didn’t do a thorough inspection of the car when I picked it up. I discovered issue that I would have found if I had done a done my due diligence. I also found out that a certified vehicle really does not mean anything. However, I received good customer service at Executive. I’d wish the salesperson was more transparent about the condition of the vehicle, especially since I could not physically inspect vehicle.

I went in not expecting to walk out with a new lease. The lease on my Sentra was up, and with a new family addition, the intent was to spot around for options. Arianna and Cooper took the time to sit and show us our options, listen to our needs, and truly worked with us on finding what worked best for our family. My husband and I walked out with a new lease the same day, and we are incredibly grateful to have been able to work with two wonderful humans. I am more than happy with our new vehicle as well.
