He was very kind and courteous. We never felt pressured with our decision. The finance department was very knowledgeable and explained all the options and walked us through finalizing paperwork.

I also found out that a certified vehicle really does not mean anything. However, I received good customer service at Executive. I’d wish the salesperson was more transparent about the condition of the vehicle, especially since I could not physically inspect vehicle.

Did not call me to confirm price of work needed to be done. Then charged me predatory prices. Called to speak to manager was told they would call me back. No one reached out until the negative review I left about a week later. Done with Jeep and Dodge at this point.
