I went in not expecting to walk out with a new lease. The lease on my Sentra was up, and with a new family addition, the intent was to spot around for options. Arianna and Cooper took the time to sit and show us our options, listen to our needs, and truly worked with us on finding what worked best for our family. My husband and I walked out with a new lease the same day, and we are incredibly grateful to have been able to work with two wonderful humans. I am more than happy with our new vehicle as well.

He took the time to show me all the different vehicles that were of interest to me and answered all questions. He was very knowledgeable. The signing procedure was quick and easy. I bought the car online, so I didn’t do a thorough inspection of the car when I picked it up. I discovered issue that I would have found if I had done a done my due diligence. I also found out that a certified vehicle really does not mean anything. However, I received good customer service at Executive. I’d wish the salesperson was more transparent about the condition of the vehicle, especially since I could not physically inspect vehicle.
